​Nahil's journey in real estate investment began at the age of 23, when she acquired her first property, marking the start of a thriving portfolio. Over the years, she has continued to grow her investments, refining her skills as a knowledgeable landlord and expanded her portfolio through designing and building new homes.

Nahil holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree and has also completed a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

She recognises the need to continuously learn and build her knowledge and therefore is currently pursuing a law degree at the University of New England, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025.
